Kim Ridge is originally from Wilmington, Delaware and Rehoboth Beach, Delaware. She excelled in her 25-year career as a Paralegal. Through her experience in the legal environment, she learned how important every detail, clear communication and follow-up is to a successful process. Having experience in real estate through her paralegal work, Kim began to focus solely on real estate and enjoyed working with buyers, sellers, and problem solving, enthusiastically. Having relocated to Rotonda West, Kim worked with a firm focused on buyers and has recently joined LPT to expand her listing, relocation, and buyer skill set to help people achieve success with their home buying and selling needs.
